I have had an extensive career in management and leadership, having worked in the public and not-for-profit sectors. My focus has been on policy and service delivery in social development and health.

My experience includes:

• Chief Executive, Mary Potter Hospice (Wellington) – 11 years
• Deputy Director General – Māori Health, Ministry of Health – 9 years
• policy development and issues associated with the portfolios of youth, women and Māori
• social policy development and design in health, employment training, education, Māori natural asset management,  and
• moving strategic policy design through approval and implementation stages to successful achievements and measurable outcomes.

I am available for coaching and mentoring, project management, locum management and one-off projects. I welcome appointments to specific reviews, advisory committees and Boards.
