My focus has been on policy and service delivery in social development and health.<\/p>\n<p>My experience includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chief Executive, Mary Potter Hospice (Wellington) &#8211; 11 years<\/li>\n<li>Deputy Director General \u2013 M\u0101ori Health, Ministry of Health &#8211; 9 years<\/li>\n<li>policy development and issues associated with the portfolios of youth, women and M\u0101ori<\/li>\n<li>social policy development and design in health, employment training, education, M\u0101ori natural asset management,\u00a0 and<\/li>\n<li>moving strategic policy design through approval and implementation stages to successful achievements and measurable outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I am available for coaching and mentoring, project management, locum management and one-off projects.
